Licensed Therapist Job Opportunities at Intuitive Counseling
This Licensed Therapist position is open to both full-time and part-time candidates. We are looking for someone with strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and experience working with tweens, teens, and adults. The right clinician will feel comfortable supporting clients through a range of emotional and behavioral concerns while also contributing to a practice culture built on warmth, responsiveness, and professionalism. Our practice offers both in-person and virtual services, which gives therapists the chance to work with clients in ways that fit both clinical needs and practical realities.
Who We’re Looking For
We are especially interested in therapists who have experience treating eating disorders. That said, we also value clinicians who work well with anxiety, depression, mood-related concerns, identity development, parenting stress, relationship struggles, and other issues that often bring people to therapy. We want to hear from therapists who are engaged, collaborative, and comfortable working as part of a team that cares deeply about quality treatment and respectful communication.
Requirements for This Licensed Therapist Position
Candidates should be licensed therapists with a strong foundation in clinical care. Experience working with tweens, teens, and adults is important for this role, as our practice supports adolescents and adults across many stages of life. We are looking for a clinician who can build rapport, maintain professional standards, and adapt treatment to the needs of each client rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. The role is a strong fit for someone who wants to practice within an established outpatient setting with steady referrals and a collaborative team structure.
Preferred Clinical Experience
Experience with eating disorders is strongly preferred. Our broader practice also works with concerns such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, body image struggles, parenting concerns, codependency, substance use, life transitions, and LGBTQ+ affirming care. A therapist who is comfortable working with complex presentations and coordinating thoughtfully with other providers will likely do very well here.
